Some years ago, the International Water Association acknowledged that the water sector is facing one of its biggest challenges to make sure there would be enough young professionals that would replace those that in the near future would start to retire.
As a response to this challenge, we created the IWA Young Water Professionals (YWP) Programme.
National Young Water Professionals
The Spain National Young Water Professionals Conference is a countrywide forum that provides a platform for young professionals and postgraduate researchers from Spain to present their research related to water and wastewater.
This initiative aims to encourage and support, as well as create professional development opportunities for students and researchers within the Spanish water and wastewater industry.
We therefore welcome you to participate, submit your paper and take part in this national conference, hosted in Madrid in June 2011 (from 15th to 17th).
